What Protsy is

Protsy is a tool that helps Etsy sellers draft listings, generate product photos and copy with AI, and manage orders. It connects to your Etsy shop through the official Etsy API with your authorization.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish to Etsy, including AI-generated content. Protsy never publishes without your explicit approval, and you must review AI output before approving it.

You must comply with Etsy's policies and applicable law. Do not use Protsy to create misleading, infringing or prohibited listings.

Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. It is provided as a draft, not advice. You own the rights to the content you approve and publish, to the extent permitted by the AI providers' terms (Anthropic, fal.ai).

Etsy relationship

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Protsy uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Your use of Etsy remains governed by Etsy's own terms.

Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by Etsy API changes or third-party outages.

Termination

You may stop using Protsy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service (including excessive automated use of AI features).
